Bora is a Turkish kitchen and bakery coming to Reno. Simit and lahmacun come out of our own oven from morning on, meats turn slowly on the spit, and the meze are made for sharing.

Our day starts at the oven, with simit and warm bread. By lunch the gyro is turning, and meze go out to every table. Afiyet olsun.
